The only reason for not getting 5 stars over all was merely down to the fact it stated on the website that Hot Wax was an option and when I got there, I was informed that the information wasnt correct and that they only use Strip Wax. Stacey was extremely professional and very good at what she did and in no way are the 3 stars a reflection on her at all.
