On this occasion I only had gel removed but this included a cut and file. Staff always really efficient.

The staff as always were attentive,the new member of staff was impeccable. Ensured my pedicure and manicure, was of a high quality ; she demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. However, my pedicure had lost the gloss shine and looked dull (don't believe it was due to skill but possibly the varnish). The colour was a little pink, and was guided to an option I wouldn't usually select. Other than that fantastic quality, care and service. Would recommend her to others
