Booked in for 12:30 - was seen at 12:45 - treatment started roughly at 12:50 (Jodie did apologise) however even though it was a 30 min treatment as detailed on Treatwell. It was over by 13:05! Felt rushed!
Shame because I used to like coming to that salon previously!
