Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
The appointment started late as someone else had to step in. My hair cut and style was rushed as a result and the person working on me was clearly frustrated by what had happened as their client was waiting. My hair was thinned when wet which is a no, especially for thick wavy hair. I wasn't asked how I have my hair styled, I was given a standard straight style, I usually have a curly blow. Overall it wasn't a great experience.

Very clean, modern, brand new, bright and friendly. Owners are really helpful, friendly and committed to providing a professional and friendly customer service experience. Nothing is too much trouble. Good choice of stylists and beauty technicians. Lovely experience. All the girls were pleasant and supportive. I absolutely love my hair colour.
