When I arrived I was told to take a seat and that my hair stylist wouldn’t be too long. Unfortunately, I then was left to wait for 40 minutes without an apology or anyone checking on me. When it came to it my haircut was good (albeit very speedy) and hair stylist was friendly. When I came to pay I was given a discount which was much appreciated but only because I raised my wait time with the reception staff, otherwise they would have been unaware and charged full price. Bit of a shame as the salon itself is lovely!
