They girl doing my haircut was amazing, nice and polite. Have few suggestions to how my hair will look better and just made me feel great! Amazing value for money and would definitely recommend her!
I had booked this week ago and on the day it turned out the person who was meant to get my nails done is on holiday and they couldn’t reschedule neither.
The lady at the venue was really lovely and polite and tried to do her best to accommodate but unfortunately they couldn’t give me a slot before my big event on Saturday. Shame as the hair cut I had the day before was lovely and I was considering making this my place to go.

Absolutely awful experience I came in at 11:30 for a gel removal and gel put on, and didn’t end up leaving till 1pm as the lady had no idea how to take off my gels, she ended up using a knife to scrap off my gels which hurt so much and it took an entire hour just for removal, my nails are so fragile now! After that she still left a few bits of my old gel on and decided to place the new gel on barely shaping them and leaving them all uneven I had to keep asking her to trim certain nails down as they were all different shapes. When the gel nail varnish was put on she missed half of my nails on some and they’re gaps where she has missed! I’m so upset with the whole experience as I’m going on holiday and paid 21 for these and now I’m going to have to get them redone because they are so embarrassing, I am expecting a full refund!!

Venue sent me a text 1 Hr before my appointment on Sunday to cancel saying that a team member had called in sick. They had previously called me on Thurs asking if I could come in a different day as the team member wanted the day off work but after explaining this was for a wedding they assured me they would make it work. DISGUSTING & unprofessional. They had no intention of keeping the appointment and left me in an awful situation a few hours before the event I was attending!
