Terrible. Salon opened late and we were told that we’d got the time wrong despite calling and confirming the appointment three days before. Told to get a coffee near by and wait for the hairdresser. Asked for a French roll. Really messy and the front looked like it had just been pulled into a pony tail. Started to fall out immediately despite advising the hairdresser it felt loose. Ended up taking it out within 20 minutes and wearing hair down. What a waste of money!
