Jess was really pushy and rude, basically forced a style on me and I had to push back hard to make her change it. Because she had to redo a haircut, I ended up with a really really short style I am not a fan of, but it’s not horrendous, it’s just not good. Also, they try to make you buy some products at the salon claiming you have all kinds of problems with your hair. Maybe I do, but her sales techniques were unpleasant, and overall she’s one of the most aggressive hairstylists I met.
