Getting your hair done by Pasquale is an amazing experience. He's friendly, matches your talkativeness (he'd have no issue if you wanted a chill one) and makes you feel a million bucks with how skilled he is at styling. Worth every penny imo.

Appointment was 25 minutes late. The man on reception was friendly enough and apologetic. When the beauty therapist arrived, she didn’t apologise or acknowledge the lateness. The wax was very rushed which I felt she was making up for the last appointment overrunning, so hairs were missed and look ingrown as a result. £50 is also very expensive for a wax so would’ve expected better service. Wouldn’t return.
