Appointment was 25 minutes late. The man on reception was friendly enough and apologetic. When the beauty therapist arrived, she didn’t apologise or acknowledge the lateness. The wax was very rushed which I felt she was making up for the last appointment overrunning, so hairs were missed and look ingrown as a result. £50 is also very expensive for a wax so would’ve expected better service. Wouldn’t return.
