Amazing treatment! The least painful wax I’ve experienced and staff were lovely :-) thank you!
Unfortunately a very disappointing massage. Very unprofessional and poor massage skills. Staff didn't introduce themselves, I wasn't talked through the massage/what it involved just told to get undressed, my masseuse had fake nails on (of which half were falling off) and therefore scratched when giving the massage, her phone went off throughout the whole massage. There was no logic to the massage, very random and poor knowledge on massage techniques/principles (as a qualified physio/masseuse myself) and wasn't able to target areas i wanted effectively. She didn't understand basic anatomy therefore when i asked to have a certain muscle group worked into (as it was a deep tissue massage) she didn't know what i was talking about, she often made it uncomfortable as she used her elbow/forearm over boney bits and over my neck.
Would not reccommend or go back! Will be emailing management for a refund.
