Had to lie uncomfortably rather than sit in a comfy chair so all seemed amateurish. Cost more than my normal salon too, and they made a lot of fuss saying i shouldn't really have normal nail polish as it rubs off, which it subsequently did! My normal salon applies clear coats top and bottom and has a blow drier, so it's never normally a problem. Staff were nice and friendly and Emily did a good job preparing my feet.
