My entire experience was excellent. I was greeted on entry by Ronnie who was so friendly and immediately felt relaxed. She then introduced me to Emily who was my therapist. They recommended I go for a slightly different facial to the one I had booked which would suit my needs better. Both treatments were super and Emily is an extremely professional, friendly, confident therapist who I will definitely see again.
