Appointment on time, staff pleasant and helpful - always look after my needs, especially a heated bed when having my treatment as it can be chilly downstairs but the heater is always on and the lighting soft.

My therapist was so so lovely and chatty and kind. She did a really thorough job so was pleased with that. Only thing is that the room could have been a little bit cleaner (sticky floor) and appointment started a little bit later than booked for. Other than that all good x
