I paid extra for a hot wax but the therapist used a mixture of hot and strip wax. I was not offered a glass of water or shown to the toilets beforehand. There was no music in the therapy room - just awkward silence! The wax itself was okay and the price was reasonable but I would not book again.
Emily was lovely and made my first ever wax as easy as it possibly could have been 😂
A bit disorganised and the wax was quite slow and a bit less professional than I’m sure to. The staff were lovely though.
The treatment was good, but I’ve had better. The girl was nice and friendly but I didn’t feel that she knew what she was doing
