The haircut was ok, though I seem to have a strand that is still a bit uneven with the rest. But the stylist was really rough with my hair when she was shampooing. It hurt my scalp, she was pulling on my hair so much. I did eventually say it hurt when she was towelling my hair dry and she asked if I was sensitive but I don't think I am. I have fine hair which breaks easily, and I dread to think how much hair got pulled out.

First time having my hair cut with Emily and she was brilliant. Really lovely and the cut was exactly what I wanted.

Jayde was amazing as always. I switched from a bright full head of blonde highlights to a more natural toned root smudge and a white blonde toner and I absolutely love it 😍. I’ll never go else where, Jayde is amazing!!!!!
