It was my first time visiting the salon and I was so pleased with my overall experience. The salon is so beautifully designed, I was offered drinks throughout and I felt so comfortable there. I had a lovely hair wash done, with a cut and a curly blow dry which I loved! I will be going back there for more treatments and I will be recommending this salon to others. All of the staff were so friendly and it was such a lovely environment to be in, very happy! xx

The haircut was ok, though I seem to have a strand that is still a bit uneven with the rest. But the stylist was really rough with my hair when she was shampooing. It hurt my scalp, she was pulling on my hair so much. I did eventually say it hurt when she was towelling my hair dry and she asked if I was sensitive but I don't think I am. I have fine hair which breaks easily, and I dread to think how much hair got pulled out.
