Courtnie had lots of problems stopping the gel from shrinking. I had to have it put on and taken off three times before the fourth application finally worked. It took two and a half hours and bless her she did stay an hour and a half after the shop closed to get it right. She was quite new and had been left on her own, with no one to ask for help. After all that time and four attempts, the gel only lasted THREE days before peeling off. Will be asking for a refund!

Jayde did exactly what I asked for and the salon is so nice! Really nice decoration and everyone there was very friendly. I have already booked to go back to get highlights as I was really happy with my haircut.
