The young lady named Mia was friendly and nice but she had no idea what she was doing, I’m not sure she had ever done a Brazilian or Hollywood wax before. Strip wax was used, which people who have intimate waxing done often know is hot wax should be used only. When I returned home I noticed many patches had been misses so had to book in with a high end salon the next day to finish what she clearly could not do!
The therapy room was very small, hot, no ventilation and not in the best condition. You can see from the rest of the salon it was opened in a rush as the decor is not finished and looks cheap. The salon did not look like the pictures on their website or Treatwell site.
Avoid at all costs! I would rather pay the extra for a 5 star service.

Lovely therapist and a very relaxing experience. Have been several times and its always been lovely, I can handle a bit more pressure but that only a preference thing. Will be back soon
