I booked a full leg wax with Sophie and when I arrived she took me to room which was dirty and messy and told me to sit on a table with a dirty towel with wax and hair,I've asked if she could put a protection layer and so she did. The waxing process was messy and wax was everywhere she didn't look like she cared too much. She had to pull multiple times one strip bc it wouldn't come off and it is painful. I thought I found a place near my home I could come regularly but I won't be coming back.

I had a great experience at the salon both Aryan and Courtney were professional, attentive and thoughtful. Overall I had a great experience. My fringe is difficult to cut and Aryan did a great job as well as my blow dry.
