Loved everything from my initial welcome, to the ease of booking an appointment to my shampoo to my hair colour!
Hair Colouring
Really nice staff and clean place, but the gel removal was horrible and my nails were so fragile after that. The next day one of my (very short!) nails broke, which never happened with Gel. A day after that some gel part fell and the day after that one nail started to pill off completely.
I also don't think the cuticles were treated well and the whole thing didn't look professional at all.
Shame, as the place looked great and the staff really nice.
