Lovely friendly and professional staff and a great venue. Although the treatment was almost painless, sadly the treatment was not to my usual expectations, the wax was not thorough enough and it's now too soon to get another!

Can't fault the staff or the overall experience, however I am not very impressed with the gel manicure itself. It had chipped and scratched within a day or two and was very thin. This could be down to the colour I picked or the gel polish they use. A real shame as I love the shape of my nails and the rest of the manicure.
