The young lady was lovely but she had no idea what she was doing, i’m not sure she had ever done a Brazilian wax before. Strip wax was used, which people who have intimate waxing done often know is an absolute no no, hot wax should be used. It’s a shame as the salon itself looked nice and the staff seemed lovely, they just need to do some proper training in intimate waxing in my opinion.

Mia and Jade are lovely. Mia did my eyebrow tint and shape and gel nails and I was really pleased with both treatments. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. I will definitely go back again.
