I have been growing my hair into an even length for years. Having booked for a dry cut trim, I have come home to look at the back of my hair in a mirror to find it has been randomly cut into a short layered length on the top, randomly into an arc that is shortest right in the middle (?!) at the back, with the rest of my hair left long. She just picked a chunk and cut whatever she liked off in a random way. I did not ask for it to be re-styled and the only layers I had were those they put in last time, insisting it’s needed. When she initially showed how much she was going to cut off I was hesitant and asked for less. Now, I have to go and get all of my hair cut to the same, even length and a shoulder length bob. In the future, please listen to people and do what they ask for. Booked through Treatwell and told card machine wasn't working and had to pay cash. Not impressed, want my money and time back, because now I have to book into another salon to fix it.
