The young lady was lovely but she had no idea what she was doing, i’m not sure she had ever done a Brazilian wax before. Strip wax was used, which people who have intimate waxing done often know is an absolute no no, hot wax should be used. It’s a shame as the salon itself looked nice and the staff seemed lovely, they just need to do some proper training in intimate waxing in my opinion.
