I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. After requesting a balayage, the stylist applied a toner that turned my hair ginger and ruined the balayage. Despite raising concerns, I was assured it would improve, but it worsened. Two independent stylists confirmed a high lift tint was used incorrectly. I only received a £90 refund of my £210, and the manager was unhelpful. I had to spend £250 on repairs. I won’t be recommending this salon.
