While the person doing my nails was lovely, I’ve never experienced thinner nails in my life. The BIAB is incredibly thin and I cannot do anything, even button jeans, without my nails bending and being painful. My nails are thin without BIAB anyway which is why I get it, but 3+ years of getting my nails done and never have experienced this. Very disappointed.

Really lovely venue, and i do love the nails i left with! Good shape/colour, i can't complain about the nails
But i am cut on my finger tips just behind my nails on 8 of my fingers from the nail file, one hand is particularly sore and almost burning from the cuts! A real shame as I really liked it otherwise but i'm in too much pain to consider returning.
