I booked a callus removal through Treatwell to remove a small callus on my pinky. However, I was required to pay for an additional pedicure in order to receive the callus removal. The treatment they provided wasn’t the one I requested. Instead of clarifying the situation, they proceeded with a different treatment, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
