I went in for a big hair cut. I had long waist length hair and wanted it cut into a bob. I was happy with the cut when I left but when I straightened my hair for the first time I saw how uneven it had been cut. I messaged and asked if I could come back in to get this fixed but have been ignored. Quite upsetting as I don’t think its cheap to get a cut
