Had a lovely experience here a few weeks ago but unfortunately this time round was the same.
My nails took over 2 hours for just the removal and manicure. I was in a lot of pain during the manicure and my artist didn't listen to what I asked for. Very disappointing as I had a lovely experience here previously. I left without any colour on my nails and the manicure wasn't finished and was still charged £47.

I've been going to the Boulevard to get my nails done since December last year, and it's always a lovely experience. Today I had my nails done by Diana - She has the most amazing attention to detail, and was so gentle. They are absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!
