Raha was great. She listened to exactly what I wanted and talked me through the process.
My appointment moved a couple of times so I don’t know if it was Tamy I had so this isn’t entirely accurate. The whole experience was just ok, I’m looking for a new BIAB salon since my last one closed and I’m not sure this is the one, I have a few more to try.

Really awful experience. Went to get gel nails taken off and the girl just filed them off including my natural nails. Didn’t soak them and didn’t do a top coat. It’s my first time getting this done so wasn’t sure of the process. When I realised the damage when I got home I called the next day I was basically told that they “don’t know why” it was done like that and the girl who did it was off that day so they can’t ask. I went in for them to look at them and there was no apology. Scam
