I had booked with Mary whom I’ve been seeing for the last few months and I was asked to rearrange but not told I would be seen by someone else. I didn’t enjoy the experience this time, the filing hurt my nails, enough to make the cuticles bleed. It felt very uncomfortable. The shape also wasn’t what I asked for and after 2 days I can already see the biab peeling away from my nail. After being a loyal customer since opening its a shame this visit and quality didn’t match up
