Unfortunately, it was a disappointing visit, the place was closed at the time of my booking despite opening times being an hour before my booking, there was no info about the delay from the salon and no one was answering the phone. I waited in freezing cold for 10 min. When it finally opened, it took another 10 min for the girl to get ready. The place was very messy, tables had open boxes of gloves etc on it and were just cramped all over, the heating wasn't on, and it felt like I was getting my nails done at the back of house not a beauty salon.
