I missed my appointment completely my own fault and they very kindly fitted me in later that afternoon and I was very grateful for that :) I keep coming back as they make me feel so comfortable and looked after
Eyebrow Waxing
MUA was 35 minutes late for appointment but she did call me to inform me of this. Was informed at end of appointment MUA doesn’t do mascara / fake lashes.. only eyeshadow on eyes which for the price I was disappointed by. Make up did last the night well. Very small swab of lipstick provided to top up myself. Salon itself brand new and very clean. Other therapists were on their phones playing videos aloud & eating which was distracting and took away from the ambience.

Didn’t get my appointment because they took in someone else who walked in. Am awaiting them to cancel for a refund.
