Started out as a lovely experience but didn’t end well! The nails turned out incredibly thick and uneven with big blobs everywhere. I only noticed once I left and went back very upset to be told that’s just how BIAB is, my nails won’t look good until my third appointment and ‘we’ve seen worse’. I asked if they could be removed and was told yep but your nails will be ruined and we will charge you. Went elsewhere to get them fixed as I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable at the end.

Pleased with manicure and pedicure. Manicure didn’t last as long as I would have hoped, gel chipped after just over 2 weeks but pedicure lasted longer.

Tammy did my BIAB, pedicure and brow wax and was 20/10! So happy to have found a salon that does an amazing service all round for all services with such lovely girls working there 🤍
