Sammy is great and she does an excellent job. One downside of the venue there is a young girl and her boyfriend who are always either sleeping on the sofa (with bare feet out on the table) in the window or messing around. It brings the overall high-end vibe of the venue down.

I booked a hair appointment before an important dinner. I received a text the night before changing the time of my appointment. When I said I couldn’t make the new proposed time, they shifted it an hour earlier. I arrived at the salon which is actually a nail salon with one sink and mirror, not a hair salon. The hair stylist was nowhere to be found. She didn’t turn up for the appointment and I had to go home. I’m very disappointed and upset with this service.
