I’m still fairly new and picky when it comes to getting my lashes done but Esmer didn’t disappoint! Talked me through all the options, gave great maintenance tips and even offered me a drink when I came in - plus my lashes ended up coming out beauuutiful. Defo recommend and I will be back!

I had booked with Mary whom I’ve been seeing for the last few months and I was asked to rearrange but not told I would be seen by someone else. I didn’t enjoy the experience this time, the filing hurt my nails, enough to make the cuticles bleed. It felt very uncomfortable. The shape also wasn’t what I asked for and after 2 days I can already see the biab peeling away from my nail.
After being a loyal customer since opening its a shame this visit and quality didn’t match up
