I had booked with Mary whom I’ve been seeing for the last few months and I was asked to rearrange but not told I would be seen by someone else. I didn’t enjoy the experience this time, the filing hurt my nails, enough to make the cuticles bleed. It felt very uncomfortable. The shape also wasn’t what I asked for and after 2 days I can already see the biab peeling away from my nail.
After being a loyal customer since opening its a shame this visit and quality didn’t match up
Had a haircut with Aashi today and would like to thank her and her team for an amazing service! My haircut and the blow dry was above my expectations. The salon is very clean and beautiful inside, which is now rare to find in London. I was offered tea and biscuit as I was early for my appointment, which was a very lovely gesture from the owner. I would highly recommend this place to everybody.
I was meant to have a different beautician today - no one called to tell me this. I should have been asked out of courtesy.
The appointment was fine but not worth £55 - a price point for a luxury manicure.
My cuticles are cut and sore, the file was hurting me in my appointment too (which I mentioned) and the application is average - I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this quality is of someone starting out. This is absolutely fine and we all need to practice but this should have been communicated by the salon which to me doesn’t seem like Celina’s fault.
Another girl entered the salon and the girls didn’t even say hello to each other - this was awkward and unwelcoming.
Thank you to Celina for her time and fitting me in but I didn’t enjoy my appointment today and won’t be rebooking.
