The spa needs better lighting so they can see if there are any remaining hairs. I had a lot of rework to do at home.

I really enjoyed my visit to the The Boutique Wellness Spa.
Both members of staff were friendly and reassuring. Whilst sipping my ginger and lemon tea, I filled out a questionnaire prior the start of the treatment to make sure it was tailored to me and the ethos of the spa and treatments provided was explained to me.
The changing room is lovely - it has lockers, showers, hairdryer etc with a robe and slippers provided. Inna's massage was fab! Great pressure, super relaxing and really did me good - I felt like I was floating on air! Afterwards I was invited to sit in the relaxation room and was even brought a fruit tea and little cream eclair (unfortunately I couldn't manage this as I was still too full from breakfast)! The only thing I would say for improvement is that they did try to sell me a product after the massage and it made me feel a little uncomfortable - other than that, it was a great experience and they really go above and beyond! Would definitely go back if I am in Cambridge again.

Had a lovely experience at the Boutique Wellness Spa. Thought I'd just be getting a body exfoliation massage treatment and a pedicure, but they turned it into such an experience and I spent several relaxing hours there! The staff were very personable, and really looked after me. The exfoliation treatment consisted of a massage, scrub, time in the sauna and steam room, followed by another massage. The pedicure was also really relaxing, although it wasn't perfect. Afterwards, they let me hang out while my nails were drying and brought me tea. Left feeling so relaxed and healthy. Inna was fantastic!
