The salon is an extension at the back of a pub. There was no offering of tea/coffee/water, the ambience was non-existent and you have to go outside to get to the toilet. Although I like dogs, Bethanyās dog was roaming freely and there were dog treats and toys all over the floor with her touching the dog at one point and touching my hair after. In reality this is a budget salon run from a poorly maintained premises. I didnāt find Bethany to be warm or hospitable, the hair cut however was good.

I went to get my haircut after getting a bleach colour done somewhere else, my hair was dry and damaged and needed to be refreshed. Bethany told me the truth about what we needed to do and was honest we made a plan going forward of how to keep my hair healthy and cuts. Iām really pleased and definitely will take all the advice.
