The therapist was very friendly, but the wax was so hot I’ve had a severe rash since. There was no modesty towel and I was left in the room during the treatment while the therapist went into the reception where people could potentially see me. Double dipping of the spatula and lots of re-going over the area has left it super sore. Lots of missed and snapped hairs. Shame, won’t be going back.

Claudia was brilliant. It was my first visit and Claudia made me feel comfortable and gave me some tips on how to deal with I growing hairs. Waxing was thorough and least painful I’ve experienced. Thank you
