Location v convenient for Soho, but easy to miss the door, accidentally went to the nail salon 2 doors down. I was 15min late and they were very good about timing. Sengal was lovely and warm, very chatty and put me right at ease. Recommended.

The appointment is only 20mins and it feels rushed. You can tell they have a high/quick turnover. It makes the appointment feel impersonal. The bed was cleaned and prepared for the next client whilst I was still getting dressed afterwards.
