What an excellent experience! I was a bit nervous because I've had a few relatively unpleasant waxing experiences lately, but I was immediately put at ease by my waxist and by the othe friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The wax smelled heavenly and it truly felt almost painless... a miracle! Loved the results and will definitely be coming back.

Great friendly service, excellent waxing, hot wax that was pleasant on the skin. Not too hot (I've been burned many times before!) Nice & quick, all hair removed & I'm happy. Would definitely go back & recommend.

Honestly could not be happier with the overall service of this place! Had my wax done by Melissa and she was super friendly and chatty (which I love when waxing 'cause good conversation makes for a good distraction!)
The wax itself was really good, virtually painless - especially in comparison to strip waxing! - and most importantly there are no hairs to be seen. I've always preferred a hot wax but this is hands down the best place in London and I have already started recommending it to all my friends.
