The therapy room is a tiny room in the basement of a hairdresser, however it's clean and tidy. The therapist was so lovely and professional and talked about her training background as well as giving advice for aftercare. I had my underarms waxed and I think this was the best result I've ever had. Will definitely go back.
It was a very pleasant experience considering how waxing is often comically portrayed as a painful and agonizing. Rosana is very professional, skilful and friendly. As a first timer, I went through it almost pain free. Highly recommended.
I went here for an eyelash tint, it was okay service, tiny little beauty rooms underneath a barber shop. Again it was cheap so I probably got what I paid for, it was okay but nothing special.
Can't rate this place highly enough! Absolutely brilliant experience.:) From the minute I walked in, smily, chatty staff who made me feel really welcome. Therapy room is in the basement, but don't be put off. Room is clean and bright, and prcodeure was really hygenic and clean - each application was done with clean fresh stick. Lovely warm homemade wax - good for sensitve skin, like mine. Therapist was really knowledgeable and also really lovely and chatty, she made me feel totally at ease. Was a bit nervous, as I've had bad experiences in the past with therapists who didn't know what they were doing - but not here! Therapist was excellent and made me feel in totally safe hands. Excellent customer service. Brilliant wax, best I've ever had! Not painful, quick, and a really great result. I urge you try this place, you will not be disappointed!!
Easily the best waxing experiences I've ever had. Quick and friendly service with no fuss. The only downside to this absolute GEM of a place is that the entrance and the 'changing room' feels a bit ad hoc (it is in the basement of a hairdressers...) Also there is a loyalty card - but compared to other central london boutiques, this place is incredible value too!!
