The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from Oxford Street. Although the salon is a small area under a hair salon and not really luxurious (like Strip, for example) it's spotlessly clean, and perfectly fine to have a wax in. The owner Claudia was lovely, a great waxer and very thorough, I'd totally recommend her. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the wax she makes didn't really agree with my skin, and I've never had an issue before. It's a shame she's not offering the £20 deal anymore, as that was a STEAL, but I think the service she offers is worth paying full price for. DEfinitely recommended.
I had read the reviews prior to purchasing the Wahanda voucher which could be used for a Hollywood or Brazilian wax.
The therapist was wonderful. She was very good at putting me at easy and explained she used her own wax which is very different than other salons.
It had been some time since my last wax as I have always found it painful and therapists have told me that is is because of thick hair. Claudia confirmed that this was nonsence but your hair does become more fine the more you have it done.
I belive between Claudia's technique and her special wax, this is why the treatment was the most pain free that I ever experienced and all the other salons who have caused me pain over the years frankly need her to train them.
I would recommend to everyone in London who need waxing as the lady is an expert.
I was rather nervous, as this was my first waxing experience, but the therapist was lovely and put me at ease.
Surprisingly it didn't hurt as much as I was expecting.
Love the results a week on. Will I go back? Most definitely.
It is really worth the money!! Based in soho the place is really nice n in a good area. The staff actually take care of the customers n doesnt treat u like a deal bagger voucher holder. I am reeally happy with the service and would most definately be going back with or without a voucher. U also get a loyalty card for each visit and the 5th one is free! Couldnt be better! :)
