Great friendly service, excellent waxing, hot wax that was pleasant on the skin. Not too hot (I've been burned many times before!) Nice & quick, all hair removed & I'm happy. Would definitely go back & recommend.

Honestly could not be happier with the overall service of this place! Had my wax done by Melissa and she was super friendly and chatty (which I love when waxing 'cause good conversation makes for a good distraction!)
The wax itself was really good, virtually painless - especially in comparison to strip waxing! - and most importantly there are no hairs to be seen. I've always preferred a hot wax but this is hands down the best place in London and I have already started recommending it to all my friends.
The therapist was really nice and my wax was well done and professional. I enjoyed the experience and would return.
