Rose was friendly, professional and polite. It was my first time getting a wax so the level of pain was a shock but Rose quickly reassured me and took extra care where possible. It was an otherwise painless and pleasant experience so would come back for sure!

My second wax ever. I really recommend both Rose and Andreia they are both really knowledgeable and I havent had any bad reactions after a wax here. I would recommend them.

Not worth the trip cross town. Left me with plenty of stubbles, peeling skin caused by excess lifting which caused skin trauma, had a inflammation resulting in itchiness for days. Luckily it wasn’t my first time waxing so certainly it’s was just a bad procedure. Avoid!
