I feel bad giving this review but I’ve been having waxes for a long time and this was one of the worst, if not the worst that I’ve had. I’ve been here a couple times before and had a positive experience but this time it was someone new (and indefinite replacement). It was painful, she kept trying to remove it before the wax had set and I explicitly said “ouch!” many more times than usual. For a Hollywood, she missed a patch and I left in quite a bit of pain. I won’t be returning
