The end result of the wax was great but before and during were not. When I arrived the beautician was sitting on her phone and left me waiting for no reason. The whole experience was awkward, I won’t be going back again!

Loved the place, wasn’t very welcoming. Makes you almost feel like you are interrupting her by coming in for my appointment. The waxing felt like she was racing against time and didn’t pay much attention to the skin or the hairs. She ended ripping hairs for both underarms and Hollywood area as she didn’t use the correct wax for my type of hair and skin. I had a lot of ingrowns and broken hairs now. She also burnt one my underarms and it’s currently a little extra sensitive and scarred.
