While the entrance was a bit confusing, it seems like you are walking into a house, the service was excellent.
If you're looking for a salon with all the bells and whistles maybe skip this place. But if you're looking for a well done wax, by an excellent therapist then you are in the right place. Of course waxing is painful but this was by far one of my least painful experiences.

It wasn’t Glaucia but the new lady is lovely and chatty. It hurt more and took longer and I found a couple hairs left though. My overall experience is marked down due to the fact I couldn’t get into the building. The buzzer does not work and there is no contact information for the new lady. I didn’t get seen until 20mins after my appointment and I was 15mins early. Waiting outside for 35mins in the cold put a sour taste in my mouth. This seriously needs to be looked in to
