Myself and five other friends came for a spa day on Friday 28th June. We had a lush time and really enjoyed our stay.
The only problem was that we had no other information than what was given on the app. The app stated that arrival time was 14.00 and that check out was 10.00. This was on the Treatwell confirmation email.
On the way I phoned the spa to be told out treatments were starting at 13.30. We were never going to get there for that time but the lady then said if we could get there for half two we could just about be fitted in. We physically couldn’t get there till three as there was unexpected traffic which I can understand was partly our fault but if we’ve have known what time our treatments were we would have set off a lot earlier. Which then caused four of us to miss our treatments.
Is there any sort of refund that can of offered to us as I feel the communication and organisation was lacking.

Limited facilities. The outdoor hot tub and seating area was very small and taken over by a group of guests who didn’t move the whole session so we didn’t have that opportunity. Then not much to do
The spa was lovely, the facilities really nice and the staff over all were helpful and welcoming however the treatment wasn't great. My partner and I both had a massage in the same room and neither therapist put any music on so I wasn't relaxed from the start as all I could hear was breathing and rubbing and my therapists wrists clicking. On top of that, the massage was one of the worst I've had, the therapist seemed as though she didn't want to be there and didn't put much effort into what she was doing. I don't know if she was new but I really didn't enjoy it. My partners massage was good luckily as, the spa day was booked for his birthday.
The spa was very clean and wasn’t toooo busy for a Saturday. There was some confusion about what time we had booked our treatments but luckily we got there early anyway.
There isn’t a pool - not that they say they have one, but generally I think a spa should really have one!
