This was the second time I had been to this spa and I will be back.
The staff are excellent and there's never any question about your voucher or what's included - its all made so easy and so lovely. A big plus is the cost of refreshments - these are really reasonable so you can really relax and enjoy yourself. The treatments are good value too. The friendly staff create a lovely friendly atmosphere all round, so everyone is smiling and chatting to each other. This shouldn't be underestimated, as it can make or break a treat like this.
The only issue is the changing rooms which are a bit small so it might work better if they allow a bit longer in between bookings. They told me they were looking into this.
And this did not spoil the overall experience.
Me and my Mum stayed for one night and spent a few hours in the spa, it was a very relaxing experience. Hotel, spa and restaurant staff were polite & friendly. The spa is a little piece of heaven (loved the outdoor hot tub!) with superb afternoon tea. Our room was large, comfortable and spotless. The carvery in the restaurant was lovely and drinks were reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again.

We stayed over night and were amazed with the room and every thing else. Food was delicious and had a good bar. The spa is excellent along with the staff.

Although we had a great day at the spa, on the website we booked it on, the package included massages, and when we arrived, we didn't get them, which was disappointing. The spa is quite small, and a few things were out of order. It wasn't the worst experience but I doubt we will visit again.
