After a block of hard training on my bike this has loosened the muscle tightness that riding creates a leg and lower back massage was most welcome

My first visit to The Bridge with Lucy and I couldn't recommend it enough. Lucy was very welcoming, and instantly felt at ease with her. She asked my preference for the massage and did her up most to ensure the massage was as relaxing and beneficial as possible.
The treatment room was peaceful and comfortable.
