I loved my treatment with Lucy - she is so lovely and explained everything that was going to happen during the ear candling, so I was totally at ease. The treatment room is warm, welcoming and very calming. From someone who finds it hard to relax I can say I very nearly went to sleep! I can highly recommend The Bridge Retreat and Lucy.

From the moment I arrived Lucy was so friendly and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable at all times and ensuring I got exactly what I needed from my session. At 39 weeks pregnant nothing makes me comfortable..... but my massage and facial made me feel the best I have felt in ages and Lucy really listened to what I wanted and adapted what she was doing to ensure I had the best possible experience!
I would recommend The Bridge Retreat to absolutely everyone and I will definitely be going back again soon. Thank you Lucy for making me feel so relaxed!!! :)

Very comfortable heated sturdy massage table with warm towels and a relaxing atmosphere. Lucy is very professional, using her elbows around my shoulder blades, working out the knots and particulary the tension in my thigh muscles, helps keep my body working. Proper deep tissue massage. Highly recommended.
